"酒店設施及環境皆好。早餐豐富，易泊車、有按摩池。 員工態度一般，Check in 時說找不到我訂第二日的預訂，要明天能跟進. 退房時，櫃檯職員不負責過數，要等另外負責人，等至近十分鐘才有一位女士來過數，沒道歉，態度冷漠，完全不像酒店員工應有的服務。"

"the location is good, walking distance from the train station, metro, German Colony district, and the tram stop to the inter city bus station is also within 2 mins walk. staffs are responsive to our questions, and very helpful. but two out of the three ceiling lamps out of order. it will be perfect ..."
