The owner, Guillaume, was very responsive and helpful. Parking was not as hard as I thought it might be, but be aware that the side of the street one parks on changes every 2 weeks. “First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). Close to the tram stop that takes you into Bordeaux central and a Careforre City is close by. Kitchen is a little sparse for a major……

“Great property and great owner. Can't say enough good things about this house although to call it a farmhouse doesn't give the right impression about how modern and up-to-date the house is. All the "mod cons", and the plumbing and wifi worked. (seriously, that has not been our experience in other places in France). Modern kitchen. Pool was super and well maintained. The youngsters loved the playhouse. And the owner was terrific. Couldn't be more helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed the rural……
