“Nice location with parking.”

“We had a great stay at this perfect little apartment in the Arts District. The price was great, it was very clean, and we loved that it had a full kitchen and space to move around. It's just right for two people. One day we strolled down to the James River and walked across a suspended bridge. I'd definitely recommend that as a little adventure. We also enjoyed the fact that they have something called First Friday, where a bunch of the shops set up displays along the street on the first Friday……

“The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! ”

“This house met all of our needs while we were in town for a sports event. Lots is space, small back yard, everything needed in the kitchen. ”

“Facility was just right for 5 adults and two children. Older couple appreciated ground floor bedroom and bathroom. One suggestion: please let people know there is no ice machine is the refrigerator and there are no ice trays either, so you must bring bag ice. ”

“The house was great. Beds were comfortable and the place was well furnished. The location is great, adjacent to the Fan district and Carytown. Parking was never an issue with ample spaces on the street. There's a big open park a block away and the neighbor hood is great for a jog or a walk”
