“The hotel was great! Our room had a little balcony. The room was spacious and the bathroom was good size. The breakfast was fresh, with lots of options of meats, cheeses, breads, yogurt, and the staff prepared eggs of choice. Parking was available, But very tight spaces. The restaurant attached, for supper, was only okay. Walking into the town was so easy and there were lots of great restaurants nearby. We drove into Heidelburg old town and visited the castle during the days and it was a lovely……

“Der Check-In und Check-Out erfolgen per Self-Service am Automaten. Ging jedoch alles problemlos. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind noch sehr neu und sind sehr gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ein bissel nervig war das House-Keeping, dass schon kurz nach 8 Uhr und dann wieder um 9 Uhr ins Zimmer wollte, um die Reingung zu beginnen. Ansonsten alles top. ”

“Auch wenn ich vorab keine Rückmeldung zu meinen Fragen erhalten habe, bin ich mit dem Hotel insgesamt sehr zufrieden und kann es definitiv empfehlen. Alles ist neu, modern und gepflegt. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr schnell. Das Zimmer war groß und ruhig. Beim Frühstück fehlt einem nichts und die Qualität ist gut.”

“Everything was wonderful, from the hotel location near the convenient town center and train station. All main activities including the Audi Forum were at less than 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety of hot/cold food and continental or typical German items to try, fresh fruit and great coffee. I was really impressed. “Très bel hôtel bien situé dans une ville thermale paisible. Chambre très spacieuse, literie très confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous n’avons pas pu tester les thermes mais nous reviendrons très certainement! ”

“Staff is super friendly and flexible; it is a family owned and run business; they make you feel part of the family; town is super cute and one of the examples of "Fachwerk" houses I have seen in Germany. Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center.”

“When I stood before the same address, Pezzalottistr 5 in a neighbouring town ( my GPS mistake) and sent an email to the hotel, the person behind the desk reacted immediately, and guided me to the right place. Staff in general was very friendly. The garage is a plus, and the hotel is a pleasant walk away from the city center. ”
