“Amazing view and amazing breeze! And oh by the way, down the hill from the property is the best beach of all time! Sand on that beach is like walking on a cloud. Shared the beach with one other couple only half of the time we were on it. Clear water, decent size waves (end of May) vs other beaches with zero waves. But we ate dinner on the deck every night thanks to that breeze and view. Other parts of the island have stagnant air resulting in too much eat and mosquito problems. Not Cooten……

“What a find!!! My husband and I researched many islands and many homes. We are so thankful we found this home. Ben and Jessica were amazing hosts. Home was as described, had everything we needed, plenty of towels, comfy bed. Amazing views. Love, love. Love. “I brought my daughter and her friend over on the ferry(very easy)from STJ for a short spring break get away. The property was amazing. It was clean, convenient for what we wanted to do, and had an amazing view.
