“We (3 of us) stayed at this property for 6 nights and really liked it! It is clean, well maintained and spacious enough for 3 people. Great location and within walking distance to the main train station as well to the Tram stations (which was a must for us). Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores near the train and tram stations. And the host (Anthony) was very responsive and helpful to us. We really enjoyed out stay here.”

“Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Vorort von Gent. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan, die Tramhaltestelle nicht mal 10 Min entfernt und in 25 Min ist man im Zentrum von Gent. Der private Parkplatz war super, die Zufahrt war aber sehr schmal. Unser Kia Venga hat noch gut gepasst. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber. Der Ausstattung fehlen nur Kleinigkeiten, z.B. Garderobenhaken oder Handtuchhalter im Badezimmer. Die Wohnung hat eine langgestreckte U-Form und verfügt über keine Türen (bis auf eine……

“This was perfect apartment studio 30 minutes walking to Brussels Midi Zuid Rail station with easy access to train, metro and bus or walking along the canal. It is in a quiet neighborhood next to a school with a wonderful restaurant around the corner. Flemish/French spoken in this neighborhood. I had minimal communication with the owner pre-check in and even though I let the owner know my plans changed from 7 nights to 4 well in advance, Serge insisted that the VRBO linked to Europe (Abritel)……

“I feel like this will be a nice property soon. As of May 2025 it is a semi-finished renovation. Doors don't close, door handled fall off, temporary steps, sinks not installed, etc. However, the unit is very large and has three good sized beds. Once correction that is needed is that the unit does not have parking on site as listed. It is first come first serve street parking situation. It is very close to the trains and easy commute into Brussels. ”
