“Very comfortable, condo for four people and pets steps are pretty steep for older folks, but it’s manageable. It would be nice if those elevators could work. The facility was very clean and well supplied.”

“THIS CONDO IS BEAUTIFULL WELL STOCKED WITH EVERY THING AND THE VIEW IS BREATH TAKING,THE STEPS ARE A LITTLE TOUGH FOR A 86 YEAR OLD .”

“Close proximity to beach and shops. Great value with everything you need. Would definitely stay again!”

“The apartment is small but adequate. The property is musty, but the heaters keep it toasty warm. The biggest disappointment was the oven didn’t work after bringing many food items that required an oven. The staff was quick to respond to any issues and they were able to solve all but the oven issue. The view is amazing and the location is convenient for getting to the beach.”

“Beautiful home on the beach. Pictures don’t show the new furniture or the really large dining area. Old photos, I think. Comfortable and clean. Basic kitchen supplies are needed. We bought salt, sugar, tin foil, coffee, and other basics. Kitchen has good dishes, etc., but we had to get groceries immediately. Nice wood fireplace. The contractor next door was nice enough to give us untreated lumber scraps from construction. There are 15 steps to get to the main level of the house just fyi. We have……
