“The only con is location. Although not a bad location, things are not exactly in close proximity to walk to. There is a gas station across the street. Don't let that be the deciding factor though. The property is clean, the host was very accommodating. The space is large enough for 2 people comfortably. The apartment complex it is in seems to be a newer build, which means new appliances such as an electric stove, in unit washer and dryer, and a great size bathtub and shower. The complex is……

“The bathroom was very obviously dirty. Found some trash laying around when we got there. And the water leaked out of the tank in the commode, so it wouldn’t flush! We had to find something to fill it up with from the water in the tub every time we needed to flush it! The rugs for the bathroom were left in the dryer so I didn’t have anything to step out onto the first time I took a shower. The bed did look clean. Was very thankful for that!”

“The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Check in and check out was very simple. Communication with the host was great. She was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. I would suggest a couple spare blankets and a wider selection of dishes and pans. Other than that, no complaints! ”

“I highly recommend this rental if you plan on visiting Houston. I struggle with OCD and have been disappointed with rentals in the past. This apartment is extremely clean and well maintained. Luxurious, spotless, in a great location and A LOT cheaper than other places that aren’t even nearly as nice. Very nice hosts and they respond very fast. Clear instructions. Will definitely rent any time I visit.”

“My family stayed at the property the week of Thanksgiving and the layout of the house was great for us. With all of us staying there it was nice to have several bedrooms and the two bathrooms. My kids loved playing in the game room and wished we had spent more time at the house! I was particularly impressed by the owner's communication and making everything so easy for us.
