“I had a week of very quiet restful vacation. I wanted sun, warm ocean water to dip on and cold beer. Got this basic. There was a pool table to while away some time. And I got to do some surf fishing as well. So all fine with me. The property is quite remote - around 2 hours from Denpasar airport. You get quiet but no party. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property was clean and comfortable. Food choice from the kitchen is adequate. Overall a good value for your money.”

“The Mawar exceeded my expectations for a lovely, chill, 3 weeks. Petu, the cook/laundress/house keeper, took her job seriously and ensured. the place incredibly clean. Her food was so very yummy that we never ate in a restaurant over the 3 weeks, I visited. She took delight in surprising me with treats and special extras that I had not idea were part of the experience, aka fresh fruit smoothies, poolside each afternoon. Petu, the grounds and pool keeper, was also very attentive, kind and very……
