“No communication with the desk person. He had to make a phone call for me to converse. Area around property was very unkempt and littered with several "piles" left by dogs right on the property and not cleaned up in any fashion. Area made me feel unsafe due to its exceedingly poor neighborhood, but had no problem. No sign or address on property so very had to even find. Had to ask strangers for assistance to point it out. I wouldn't stay there again. But feel free to take your own chances.……

“Wonderful place with kind service. Well-designed, comfortable, and homey. In a quiet residential neighborhood away from the tourist areas but still an easy walk into the center. Amazing view from the (shared) terrace - and the room window. Highly recommend. ”

“The condo was very dirty, even the trash cans had trash from previous guest. The couch in the living room was broken. The front desk was rude and we had to wait for a person to actually open the room for us. Very disappointing, I will not go back to this hotel.”

“The communication was great and the staff was very helpful. Check-in was easy. However, as soon as we entered the room, the floor smelled like urine. It was clearly soiled. If they remove the carpet and put in different linoleum or tile flooring, it would be much better. The trash from outside also made our bathroom stink. Please note the pictures in this post advertise a cleaner and more polished decor than what we arrived to. There were extra pillows, which we would have used except there were……

“The apartment is large & comfortable. The pool is not functioning, & since many guests already reported that, it i time to say - NO POOL . cleaning was not at the expected level - hair in the bath. ”
