Staff was Amazing! Up on arrival, we checked into our room, as soon as we opened the door it smelled like mold. I quickly returned to the front desk to advise them of the issue. The front desk receptionist stated that is was nothing that could be done and they did not have any other rooms that I could be moved to, I requested to speak with a manager. The manager apologized for the the issue and worked to get another room, she explained that it would take a minute. I told her that I would grab some food and come back. She came to the restaurant to let me know that she locate a up-graded room, she was very apologetic. I went to my new room, it smelled like mold as well, not as bad as the first one. For the duration of the trip we tried as much as possible to stay out of room, since my spouse was waking up headaches.
