“The owner was nice but the accommodation was not clean enough and offered no privacy - with the large windows looking on to the owners house and compound where the their American Pit Bull Terrier has free range. Three nights booked but we arrived late and left early the next day.”

We had a wonderful holiday at the house, beautifully appointed, it was clean and perfect sleeping arrangements for all 10 of us.it had everything you needed in the kitchens (2) for cooking, plenty of plates, utensils, pots ,dishes etc. two dishwashers (one a bit temperamental). “From the time of the booking which we made over 18 months ago prior to our actual stay, the host, Marc was extremely communicative and responsive. We were greeted at the property by Sandrine and her husband who were charming. The facilities at the property were 2nd to none. The swimming pool was well kept as was the hot tub, the rooms were clean and the outdoor kitchen was a terrific asset. “For us this holiday gite is perfect, private pool, not overlooked and a well stocked private fishing lake. The pool is lush and a shaded patio very welcome due to extreme heat during 3 weeks spent there.The decor is is a little outdated and rustic, however all we needed was provided, lots of crockery and kitchen utensils with a dishwasher. Washing machine and ironing board included was very convenient. at first did not find a hairdrier but found it in the drawer of the bathroom cupboard. owners……
