“My ETA was well past the last check in, but a member of staff was kind enough to stay behind. The dorm had 4 bunkbeds, an AC unit and a fan. The AC and fan worked well. Each guest was given a towel and a locker big enough to hold a large backpack. The bed had an Asian style firm mattress and a thin sheet, a private light, 2 sockets and a small shelf. “Rovira Suites is the best place to stay in Dumaguete. No competitor has really put together the same level of products and services. From tooth brushes you'd actually not mind taking home, to soft pillows that don't leave you with a sore neck, they've got it all down correctly. A suggestion I would offer to the management is being a bit more prompt on cleaning up what the customers leave behind would help greatly to maintain the brand.”
