“The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. “The unit was clean and comfortable. Great base to adventure from. Rockaway beach is not overrun and the unit is quiet. The Indian food truck beside it is great. The place was as advertised. A small older motel. Like many beach motels it shows wear but it was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive. ”

“Booked this motel for a few days - it has all the essentials including a full kitchen and wasn't complicated to navigate. Great for the price and for being a home base while going out to explore or see the ocean. Accommodated me and my service animal without issue. Bed is in a small room with basically only room for the bed itself, but this wasn't an issue. The bedroom does not have a curtain on the window, just blinds, which allows a lot of light in - would prefer a curtain to facilitate……

“Washer dryer on site would be helpful. Couldn’t check in till after 4:00 pm. House cleaning visited twice and a phone call from manager between 11:00-11:15 to remind us if we understood 11:00 checkout time. Door code to get in upon arrival didn’t work, had to go to front desk to figure out. No one answered the phone. Pool was busted but they gave voucher to local community center pool down the road. ”

“The best vacation ever!! Very close to the beach- We walked on the beach almost everyday. Breathtaking views from all the windows, especially the main window. Town was a short walk away. Beach towels and all you could need to cook were provided. You can't tell from the pictures but there is a TV there probably 42 inches.The rocking chair was my favorite to sit in, very comfortable. Only pro was the sofa bed was broken, however there was sleeping pads under the twin beds and that worked just fine……
