“I booked this place more than a year ago and was a little skeptical upon exiting the freeway, but the stay was awesome. We were able to do our own laundry, the homemade breakfast was tasty and we got a kick out of thr uneven floor in our room. ”

“Charming historic house, carefully renovated. Owners are friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. Be sure to reserve ahead to dine at nearby Rose and Kettle. It’s quite good, and is the only nearby restaurant. Also note Inn is not handicap accessible. Not a problem for us, but others will want to be aware. ”

“Pros: Valerie is a kind host, and the property is in one of the most beautiful areas I have ever stayed. Cons: There is one shared bathroom on the first floor. There is no bathroom in the room, or the one next door which I saw when I found out that the dividing door was not locked. The pillows did not have liners in the pillow cases and were stained so we did not use them. The sheets had other people's hair on them, so we didn't use the cover sheets or blankets. The part of the house we stayed……

“At the crest of a steep hill overlooking the Mohawk Valley, the property is well situated. Valerie welcomed us warmly and showed us where to find the necessities. All bathroom facilities work very well. The vicinity is very quiet. Full breakfast was delicious and plentiful. ”
