“The apartment was clean and well-furnished.The owners Mike and Joyce were extremely responsive to our requests.My only word of caution is that the second bedroom is small and has two twin-sized bunk beds. The top bunk is accessed via a ladder. For a couple with kids this works great. For two adult couples, the couple in the bunk bedroom may not be comfortable.”

“The property was exactly as described in VRBO; nothing fancy but just fine. The add-on for "insurance" made the unit unnecessarily expensive (in my case anyway). “House was very clean and owners seemed kind and thoughtful. They was a bottle of wine waiting for us at arrival. Beds and linens were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure. The view from the balcony is splendid with cozy outdoor furniture and an area for yoga or meditation. We just found the decor to be a little schizophrenic and overwhelming. This is a great place for two adults and a couple of kids to stay. If two couples are going, they would need to be very comfortable……

Overall it was clean, comfortable, and communication from the person/company managing it was good. I would recommend this rental to most people with a few notes… *There is off-street parking which is good, but it’s a little odd for Units 1 and 2 in that you may need to back out of a fairly narrow curved driveway. “The pictures in this listing completely misrepresented the neighborhood. We only spent about an hour in the VRBO but didn't feel safe there for several reasons. First of all, the room wasn't secure because it was opened up to the neighborhood through the upper floor that let out to the fire escape. Second of all there were large groups of people in the streets having block parties that made us feel like our rental car wasn't safe from vandalism or burglary.
