“We had the pleasure of staying in the Pleasure Lake Retreat House. The home is situated on a small lake and has everything a group could ask for to keep entertained. It comfortably slept six people with room and beds to spare. There is a pool table, dart board, ping pong table, fishing poles, basketballs and a hoop and board games. We never got bored and would love to come back on our next visit to the area.”

“When we walked into your cabin, we were just amazed, how beautiful and peaceful it was there. We just loved all the photos of the fish and decorations in the cabin and lures. It took me back to my grandma and grandpa when they were fishing together, and I still have her That she gave me when she and I would go fishing.There was no noise no traffic and beautiful sunsets that we could watch out the window or just by stepping outdoors and walking onto the lake. “The loft accommodations and amenities were very well planned and comfortable for the small space The porch and many lawn seating areas were all perfect to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, frog calls and multiple varieties of birds calls. Favorite sighting was the Green Heron that hung out on a branch just off the dock.We enjoyed the well groomed walking trails that follow the shoreline. The river is a quick paddle away. Our hosts were very nice and respected our privacy. I look forward to another……

The grounds are beautifully kept, there is a place to sit outside, there is a restaurant on site in one of the big houses. “Anthony was a very gracious host, and the house/property/amenities were above and beyond other VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. We had a very cozy stay in the middle of winter, and it was a treat to wake up to a sunrise over the frozen lake in the morning. Our host was phenomenal and unexpected upgraded us to a newer property due to miscommunication on his end with cleaning the cabin we were originally supposed to stay in.
