“Good ”

“床單上有5-6根頭髮，沙發髒，隔間窗台油漆掉落，牆壁壁紙沒貼好、廁所一盞燈壞了沒修。我們房間邊間，所以有飯店EXIT門在旁邊，清晨5點多-9點陸續有巨大關門聲⋯非常吵吵吵 ”

“床太软，不舒服”

“Check in was easy. Had a wide variety of food for breakfast. Kids loved the slide at the pool! ”

“It was a very spacious room. Clean and quiet.”

“My granddaughter loved the waterslide. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was large and clean. This hotel was close to all the fun things to do at Mt. Rushmore. Will definitely stay again.”

“This hotel is finishing up renovations, as it was something else before. Very close to interstate. Staff very friendly. Rooms were nice, has an elevator. Breakfast was good. Typical food with a little hot food offered also. Has a pool, was a nice place to stay and would again.”

“The room I was first given was not cleaned and had the housekeeper cart in it. The person at the front desk asked me to wait to see if the person responsible for cleaning was coming back. After more than 30 minutes I returned to the front desk and was given a clean room. From the discussion I overheard with another party at the front desk, I was not the only person this happened to that night. Things like this happen, the staff handled the situation very well.”
