“Stayed with husband and dog. We were very comfortable, nice kitchen and owner was very cooperative when I needed to adjust dates. I have family in the area. “We had a good time here, but there are things that could use improvement. There was a snowstorm the day we were set to arrive and we were not sure if we were going to be able to get to the property. I got a text from the owner of the house the day of check in asking if we had a 4WD vehicle as the road goes unplowed usually. Luckily, we had AWD and snow tires so we were okay. I wish we would have had been notified sooner of the lack of phone service, lack of plowing, and also the fact that there……

“this place was out in the middle of nowhere but was amazing. It was so quiet you could hear your ears ringing. the sky was clear and beautiful we saw shooting stars, the milky way and just beautiful night sky. if your in to books this is a place to explore. the owner had to have thousands of books and they were all well organized. some of the books were published in the early 1900’s. the host was very friendly and I am assuming that he put a lot of love into building this home.
