“Das Haus ist in der Bergwelt Sardiniens sehr ruhig inmitten von Berg- und Landwirtschaft gelegen. Es ist eine fantastische Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon aus. Natur pur. Es hat Trinkwasser ab Hahn im Haus. Zudem sehr heisses Wasser ab Hahn, was sehr angenehm ist. Abstriche gibt es leider bei der Sauberkeit. Die Wohnung selber haben wir ordentlich vorgefunden, jedoch musste das Küchengeschirr vor dem Gebrauch zuerst gereinigt werden und die Klobürste war vermutlich noch von letzter Saison.……

“Nuestra estancia en Sardegna ha sido exactamente lo que esperábamos, un entorno de ensueño combinado con una gente muy agradable. La casa de Lorenzo es todo lo que puedes esperar para una estancia inmejorable, dispone de todo lo necesario y sabe combinar lo mejor de una casa de pueblo antigua con elementos modernos. “Die Lage des Hauses ist schön und man hat einen tollen Blick in die Berge. Allerdings ist es in den Wohnungen sehr hellhörig. Sollten also alle drei Wohnungen belegt sein, ist das sicher nicht so toll. Die ca. 250 m Anfahrt zum Haus sind für ein kleines Auto auch nicht ganz leicht zu meistern. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist minimalistisch. Aber Achtung, die empfohlene Anfahrtsroute ist ab dem Argrotouristico falsch. Das Haus liegt gleich gegenüber. Die Route führt zu einem nicht befahrbaren Weg……

“We spent a lovely few days in Paulilatino at this unusual characterful property. The solid stone construction provides a wonderfully secure and quiet position in a village location. Roberto is a charming host and very flexible with arrangements but we would suggest that contact is through WhatsApp for speed.
