“The grounds were clean. The room was amazingly clean and updated. No complaints whatsoever on the room. There was no coffee pot in the room. The coffee pot is in the lobby, but the lobby was closed and locked even at 7am. No free breakfast either. Overall, I will stay here again if I am in town. It was a great bargain for a very busy area.”

“I drove 15 hors to find out that my room had been cancelled 2 days before I booked it. Was told it was not their problem. I got an e-mail 1 day before asking me to confirm arrival time. Nice to find when you are attending a Bourbon Festival. I would not recement this place anyone. ”

“This was a great apartment for our group of four. We parked in the alley when we arrived, and never moved the vehicles until we checked out a few days later. This place was convenient to downtown—maybe a six minute walk from the apartment to the other side of town. The apartment was clean, and equipped with the necessary amenities. We had a great time. ”

“Very cute and comfortable. This should be listed as an apartment. It is not an entire house. The house number is listed wrong on VRBO. VRBO says it is 2006 Sulphur Lick Rd. It is not. It really is 1680 Sulphur Lick Rd. Thanks to the communication with the Host, we were able to find it. The Host had great communication. He always responded right away. 5 Stars for that.
