“The location - the hotel is in the basement w/o any view and operates under another name. Consider asking for a code to enter the yard. Very clean, seems to be either new or renovated. I was in an unusual situation, renting from the the USA for two of my Ukrainian friends who were visiting Odessa for a little vacation from Kyiv.
