“Overall, very nice location and right on the beach. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the sand build up due to the winds. We were unable to use the hot tub, or the deck because it was covered in sand, drifting sand. Reminded me of snowdrifts, but only with sand. Could not see out the windows when we first got there because the sand had completely covered the windows. Got out the next morning and found a hose buried under about a foot of sand and rinsed the windows off. The sand……

“We didn't realize this was basically a studio/hotel room. It's a small unit in a much larger complex, called the Sea Gypsy. We appreciated the beautiful views from the large windows. The flooring needed to be replaced but we were warned of that before our stay and chose to go anyways. We had a good trip but wouldn't stay here again due to it being overpriced for what we got. ”

Also, this house is suited for families but oddly the base utensils in the house are sorely lacking (we found 2 spoons). Really consider addressing these ailly things. Also, if you're going to offer late checkout, dont charge your guests. Ridiculous to extend that kind of courtesy then turn arpund a request a payment. There is NO justtidication for this. Low class ”

“This house had ample room for 2 families to stay together and be able to take space and have our own quiet times.
