Go on excursions in the surrounding area or explore the mountains and forests of Hochsteiermark along the numerous hiking trails that lead you into unspoilt nature.
The Frein organic fishing pond, where you can fish without a licence, is 4 km away. Also in Frein is the alpaca mountain paradise, where the animal inhabitants are happy to welcome visitors.
The Niederalpl - Mürzsteg ski area is approx. 15 km away and invites you to enjoy a fun-filled day of skiing in a family-friendly area. Skiers and snowboarders have 12 km of pistes at their disposal.
