“The home was amazing. We were met at check in and given a tour of the grounds and the house along with the history of the chateau, the frescos, furniture, and books. We were surprised by the beautiful welcome gift of local cheeses, yogurts, jellies, and wine all of which were enjoyed during our stay.
The kitchen was well stocked and modern allowing us to enjoy coffee and breakfast each morning and evening meals. There were a few cold days where some rooms were colder but not miserable. We……

In wenigen Gehminuten vom Zentrum, der Altstadt und des Bahnhofs liegt diese modern ausgestattete, kleine Wohnung. Das Gebäude ist zwar etwas älter, aber die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt in der Stadt braucht. “It's in a quiet residential area. Not too far to highway. About 15 minutes walk to nearest shop or restaurant A good size studio..Pretty complete appliances like fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave.. even a nespresso machine... The little heated swimming pool and hot tub was awesome..Unfortunately the owner/manager speaks French only.. and all informations also only written in French...”

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better.
1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help.
2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules.
3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge.
4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "

"Unfortunately the funicular train nearby goes under maintenance. This will be very very inconvenient if you need to take your luggage from the train station to the hotel.
Suggest for the hotel to equip small fridge for the room. "
