“The hotel was beautiful, located right on the lake. Our room was really nice, but the bathroom ceiling was old and crumbling, and the blinds were broken. There was also smell of sewage during the night. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she changed our rooms by the third night and offered us a free dinner at the restaurant as a compensation. The second room was lovely. The pool could use a clean up. But overall the experience was lovely and we got engaged there so we have a special place……

“Beautiful place, but a hotel it’s old with lack of maintenance, it’s not really a 5 star hotel. Restaurant was a more bad than good. Views and place it’s totally beautiful! I guess is the bes hotel of the area… ”

“Great location, 2 blocks from lake, friendly and nice staff. Breakfast is Ok but too simple perhaps. Room was ok, but bathroom is not updated or clean enough. The hotel is expensive, so the cost/quality balance goes down. ”

“El hotel es hermoso. Habitación moderna y cómodisima con jacuzzi para 2 personas funcionando perfectamente. Vistas hermosas al bosque. La piscina con una temperatura perfecta caliente súper disfrutable. Desayuno justo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Tienen algunos muy pequeños detalles a corregir de mantenimiento: alguna cortina rota, extractores de baño no funcionaban, TV con mala señal y alguna luz quemada. ”
