“We stayed for 9 days to relax, visit Paris and boulder in Fontainebleau forest. Gîte du Val D’auneau was the perfect base. Incredibly spacious, private and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. Excellent pool area kept the kids happy for hours a the lovely covered outdoor dining area was a wonderful place to eat. Andréa and Philippe were the perfect hosts, they answered a questions promptly but allowed our privacy. Very highly recommended ”

Don't take the breakfast in this hotel, too expensive (9 Euros), there are lots of choices just outside the hotel (1.9 Euro for Cafe Croissant!). The rooms were clean, but very, very small!
