“Great setup”

“The Bear's Den is a darling place to stay on a vacation. While the bedrooms were on the smaller side, the living areas had tons of room to relax and move around, which is where it really matters. The furniture was comfortable (my personal requirement), the kitchen was open and spacious, and the dining room had plenty of room for playing cards or having a meal.The rooms had super comfortable twin beds and bed linens. “Our stay at this beautiful lake home was absolutely wonderful. The house was in close proximity to relatives who live on a nearby lake. The property is very nice, with views of Johnson Lake, which is very pretty. The house itself is well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, making meal prep a breeze. There is spacious living area, which is perfect for family gatherings and game nights. The bedrooms……

“This was a nice property but is smaller than you may think.It is a room in an old roadside motel. And has paper thin walls.Small bathroom with not much counter space, frig doors need to open away from wall because space is tight, this makes opening the refrigerator a bit tough as there is not enough room to get your fingers on the side handle.Bed was comfortable. Couch was real small and quite hard, uncomfortable if you sat too long. Overall it was fine for a two night stay. ”

The owner had a great communication and was accommodating to our schedule. Very clean and everything we needed was there!”

The kitchen was very well-equipped, and we didn't even have to buy coffee filters! What was especially impressive is that the host contacted me in advance to see if we planned to use the pull-out bed in the lower level and the bed on the four-season porch so that she could have them all made up for us (which she did!).
