Our room was not made up although that was quickly sorted. Tired decor. If you want a non smoking room you have to message the property after booking. More a truckers place than for families.

This was the worst place ever. HUGE language barrier. I booked through Expedia at 1am in the morning due to traveling by car and we got super tired. This place said I couldn’t check in until 2PM even though I called Expedia and explained the situation and they confidently stated I could check in as soon as I got there. Nope it was not okay to check in at 1AM. I even ask if we could cancel the reservation and just pay to stay since we were super tired and he declined us a room. I am now unable to get a refund from this place and the attendant was very rude about the situation. We ended up just finding another hotel. Not a friendly welcoming establishment. Save your money

Gross. SAVE $ AND KEEP DRIVING

We booked a king room but when we got there, the man working the front desk insisted on a double room. We are a same sex married couple. When we insisted on the king 1 bed, we were put in the nastiest most disgusting room ive ever been in. I asked for us to be moved, he said they were booked. This clearly wasnt the case since every booking site showed them with availability. We didnt stay the night. After a few hours and the loud smell of weed coming from the next room we left. I totally feel discriminated against and had we been a straight couple we would have been put in a better room. Side note i stayed at this property a few weeks ago, alone, and the room I had then was so much better. There was also "trash" left in a drawer

This property has old furnishing that are obviously not original and appear to be a hodge podge. Concerned that there was possibly bed bugs as insects could be seen flying around the room.

friendly front desk but the room was disgusting. it was manageable because i just stayed for one night, but everything was dirty from the headboard to the walls to there being hair on the towels. if i had spent any more money i would have asked for a refund, and if i had to stay more than one night i would have found a different hotel.
