“This was my second trip to this cabin, this time with a group of girlfriends. I absolutely love this cabin! It’s always clean and stocked with all of the essential cooking supplies (including a convenient way to buy firewood!). The rooms are comfortable, the living room is cozy, nights around the fire pit and mornings on the deck with coffee are perfect! “This was a beautiful cabin in a very quiet peaceful location.We enjoyed the quiet, the woods all around us and the wildlife we saw while driving around. The cabin was spotless. The Host could not have been more helpful. He is an excellent communicator and made sure that everything was just so for us. “Prefect for a weekend away! The shack had everything we needed. The loft bedroom was a hit for our 7 year old. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of blankets. We were able to walk into town and also explored the old rail lines. West side deli was prefect to sit outside and eat lunch. Quick drive to Loyalsock for hiking. Make sure you pack warm, it gets chilly! Deck was great for a cup of coffee in the morning. Really a cool little spot especially if anyone in your family loves trains. ”

“Clean, nicely decorated, quiet area, I had my own apartment upstairs with separate door to upstairs, family member lived on the main floor, wi-Fi was slower than I’m used to, difficulty with cell service in the area, which made it a little difficult to get with the host the last minute. Family member living on the property was very nice when I drove by before check-in time to find the location and make sure I was able to get in. “We had a great stay, and would come back. Ours was a multigenerational gathering and everyone was pleased. Kathy is easy and prompt to work with. Terrific location, the porch overlooking the lake and the number of sizable bedrooms set this apart. Better stocked kitchen than 95 percent of short term rentals.
