“Clean, cute house. Comfortable beds and couch. Well stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed. Everything is very helpfully labeled, so putting away dishes and locating what we needed was very easy. The porch was fantastic for enjoying morning coffee and afternoon sunshine. The location is great- less than a five minute walk to the downtown area. Just fyi, the two bars closest to the house only that cash, which I thought was weird. Really nice bike path connecting several cities on the river-……

“A perfect location for an event weekend that straddled Louisville and Indiana. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood. A heads up that there is a bit of street noise at night (as could be expected). We preferred parking in the back, which also offers easy access to the property. Thoughtful additional amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. ”

“We had a weekend wedding at Gheens Foundation and this rental was a great space for us in between wedding activities. Very spacious, beds all slept great, kitchen was well equipped, nice outdoor space, and plenty of parking. My only concern was no access to the washer and dryer but it wasn’t a big deal since it was only two nights. The owner was very responsive! Great place for a large family! ”

“This house was prettier and more special than the pictures display. What a gem! We came in for my son’s wedding- family of the groom and it was perfect for my extended family to hang out, including my 92 yr dad. We relaxed in between activities- it is extremely convenient to Louisville and any nearby stores for last minute needs for events. Each room and patio gave a feeling of zen, peace, beauty, a wonderful way to quietly start and end the day plus also entertain in with brunches and family……
