“This is a very nice place. I think calling it a working ranch is a bit of a stretch, but it was nice to hang out with the animals. ”

“Stayed a few days and boated on the Mississippi. The house was nice and as per the listing. We weren't prepared for the train traffic (literally 50 ft in front of the house), especially when 2-3 trains passed during the nights, blowing their horns the whole time. Lansing is a nice little town with some decent restaurants. Overall, we will likely return to do it again!”

“House is very well appointed, found everything in tip-top shape. Very clean upon arrival. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Coffee/tea and many small things that can help make the stay more enjoyable without first going to the super market were provided (paper towels, cleaning utensils etc.). View from kitchen, dining room or the comfortable recliner chairs in the sitting area is simply wonderful. Prairie du Chien with grocery stores/Walmart/restaurants is about a 20……

Everything about this place was nice and the beds were especially nice and comfy after sitting in a boat all day. We will definitely be back here again. “This home was as described, spacious, beautiful, great yard and views!!! Plenty of towels, even for hot tub time. Emma was communicative and very helpful. The home had everything we needed. Be aware, however, the opening to the stairs is wide, glad we brought 2 baby gates to tie together to keep our toddlers safe. The train noise didn’t bother any of us, not even the toddlers at nap time. Great place to stay!!”
