The property is identified as a luxury listing and is expensive, but is far from luxury. It had so many issues: 1. an infestation of ants in the kitchen - our food was not safe unless in the refrigerator; 2. cockroaches in the kitchen; 3. broken towel rack in one of the upstairs bedrooms - pulled off the wall on one side; 4. broken blinds in one……
