Even though this is a third floor, it was very easy to manage with frequent landings. My significant other is 84 years old and he did just fine. The apartment is nicely decorated in each room. Plenty of hot water. My only two wishes were firstly,check out time could be later so we could get up leisurely and make breakfast. Also would have liked an extra throw for the bed.Definitely will return.

Yens was very responsive and the apartment was quite nice. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. I would recommend it to others staying in the area.

This is a great third floor walk up in New Bedford. The apartment was clean and offered a lot of amenities, including laundry. It was also conveniently located to a lot of the tourist sites. I would absolutely stay there again.🙂

Very clean and had all the necessities. The bed was comfortable and linen was fresh. Kitchen appliances were easy to operate. Shower got nice and hot, also fully stocked. Street parking wasn’t an issue. Would recommend and would go back when in the area.

Very clean and spacious rental. Location was perfect for my travels to New Bedford and Dorchester areas. Quiet neighborhood. It's on the third floor but it was manageable going in and out.

We had a great stay at Yens’s place while in town for a wedding. The apartment was sparkling clean and has comfy amenities, lots of towels, kitchen accessories, coffee, streaming, bed was comfy. Getting in and finding the right doors was a little tricky but Yens was very communicative and helped us figure everything out. He was also kind enough to let us check in a little early on our arrival day. Neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy.

There were quite a few spiders that frequented the bed room. The property owner, when asked about the possibility of a late checkout, asked that I be out an hour earlier than the paperwork stated instead. I didnt comply and he didn't mention it. So, I guess no real harm in the end but it didn't certainly improve my mood.

Property was clean and everything was in very good condition. Yens was very responsive, which was good as we had to contact him several times. The process to access the unit was not clearly described and required a couple of texts to figure out. Yens ended up calling after the second text and stayed on the line until he was sure we were in the unit. Would be helpful to have some basic information like WiFi password available in the unit (required another text) . Overall very satisfied.
