“Be careful of poor communication. Expect the case no one is there to help you to assist. They should have good effcetive communication at least during the stay. Though I liked the rooms but they are not professional and responsible. If you are planning with family please consider these parameters.”

“Really loved the convenience of this place, it had a kitchenette and washer/dryer which helped us out a lot. You can also get mostly anywhere around Brisbane using the bus that stops right outside the hotel. 4 stars for communication because they emailed us at 12pm when our checkout was 11am to make sure to take the rubbish out…we were far gone by then. The AC was also very nice and kept us cool! Overall highly recommend and the staff were helpful on everything we asked! ”
