“The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The night view from the 79th floor was absolutely stunning — it was truly a wonderful stay.
The only issue we encountered was with the dryer, which seemed to stop automatically, possibly due to overheating, and couldn't fully dry our clothes. Although staff responded quickly and sent someone to check, the problem wasn’t completely resolved.
That said, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed the room. If we have the chance to visit again, we……

“We booked here so we could access the Childrens Hospital, which turned out a five minute walk away. Just perfect for our needs. One trick is put the card in the holder on the wall to use the TV. Silly us but the reception staff were very helpful. Also if walking to the hospitals just turn right after leaving the hotel and walk down the hill, you end up at the coffee club and it is all just across the road.”
