“This is a great place for families and pets! The views are amazing and you are literally steps from the sand. The host was very responsive and detailed. There were beach chairs, sand toys, and more. We loved sitting in the dining room or on the porch and watching the waves. This was one of our favorite places we have stayed! Plenty of room and super easy all around. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Absolutely loved the place and the direct access to the beach. Loved having the 3 levels of decks. Was great being able to wake up, open the door and sit on the deck with coffee with the ocean for a view. The house was spacious and very comfortable.The owner, Amy is very quick to respond and resolve any issues if you have any. She was an absolute pleasure to rent from. If we come back to the area, will try to rent this place or at least try to rent from Amy if possible. The beach has very nice……

“excellent property for those who want a good location in "old Atlantic Beach". Easy to walk to beach, quiet, nice back yard, wireless connection was excellent for viewing streaming. A neat little house. I will definitely stay here again. All we needed but not like a shiny condo just built. I prefer the atmosphere of old Atlantic Beach and the traditional cottage feel. If you like that, you will really like this place.”

“The house was spacious. The dogs really enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Not sure when the house was actually cleaned but I don’t think anyone had stopped by prior to our check in. Inside the ceiling fan was covered with dust and cobwebs on the walls. My daughter stayed upstairs but upon leaving we noticed there was a dead lizard under one of the chairs. More attention towards the cleanliness of the property. The walk to the beach was nice and close. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Very……
