The property needs to be cleaned up, a lot of door room signs are peeling, or replaced with mismatched ones. The smell is musty, when you enter the motel, sort of like mildew, the pool was turning green. My check in was not good, we drove in front out of town, we were tired, we arrived at 3:30, and we were informed the room was ready, but check in in was 4:00, i asked for an early check in, she said policy was 25 dollars for that, we had to wait in our car, for 30 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, and didnt smell as bad as the rest of the hotel, but tub is badly stained. I won't be staying with comfort suites again.

there are accessible rooms which is nice for those who need it. There was no tub for the shower so water went everywhere in the bathroom. The curtains would completely cover the ac unit if closed, but opening them would breach privacy from the outside.

There were weeds everywhere. The elevator was sketchy at best. The stairs looked like something out of a horror movie. Carpeted and nasty. The fire door by the stairs didn't even fully close. You could see an inch of daylight coming through. The whole hotel smelled like mildew. The design of the bathroom was terrible. Toliet was right next to the countertop and the toliet paper was quite a ways away. Good thing we are tall and have long arms. The door ran into the shower curtain rod. Both the sink and the tub did not drain properly. There was some sort of brown/black marks on the tub. The shower was nearly impossible to turn off. Would've been helpful to have a pipe wrench or something to help turn it off. The plugs by the bed were loose and would not hold the box of a charger. I moved the bedside table to see if there was another charger..... big mistake. It looked as if it had never been cleaned. Gross, gross, GROSS! Also, the back door appeared to have key card access, but in fact, it was just open/unlocked.

From our key cards not working to cockroaches in the bathroom. Only 2 workout machines in the gym. Then the front desk staff saying “oh I will tell the maintenance guy” for the cockroaches in the shower! I will never stay here again and I expect management to refund me asap

When we arrived the outside looked way more run down than the picture let on. The air conditioning units outside are falling apart and the overall appearance was not good. Our room smelled very musty. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and when we ask to receive one the girl at the front desk handed it to my husband to hang up himself.

The staff was non existent and had a phone at the front desk that you had to pick up in order To reach someone in order to check in. There was 1 elevator and it was very old and seemed unsafe. The bathtub in our room was leaking and had rust around the faucet.

When we arrived, nobody was at the front desk, we had to wait 30 minutes. No hot water in the shower We stayed 2 nights and they didn't clean the room The elevator floor was all messed up for those two days And we can't adjust the air conditioner temperature, first night was cold and the second night was too warm Overall was an awful experience We will never chose again that hotel, And i ask for some cash back and they say i have to tell you so that we can have a partial refund for the inconveniance

Outside was in terrible shape. Parking lot was crumbling, grilles on A/C units were all broken or missing, pool water was green and dirty. Thermostat in the room was held onto the wall by scotch tape and did not work. A/C unit in the room would only work on low speed and the thermostat did not work. Toilet lid was held on by one screw. Tub was chipped and the whole room smelled musty.
