The staff was fine and the lobby and kitchen area looked very nice. Unfortunately our room was by the stairs and it was loud at night. The room wasn't terrible but could be cleaner and had some thick dust in a few places. The wall by the tub had mold that looks like they tried to treat and there was chipped paint in places. It DEFINITELY needed more plugs that weren't worn out (no USB ports anywhere). I suggest taking a power strip and just managing your expectations. It's a normal motel, the beds were fine and overall it was ok.

Nothing the light in the bathroom didn’t work told the front desk but had to replace the light bulb myself the coffee maker did not work got a new from the front desk but the cleaning crew took the part that held the coffee left one that was disposable would not fit the coffee pot so therefore you made a big mess making coffee

You guys totally suck power outages. Before the graduation. No A/c no body could fix Internet or cable for the whole night into next day. Nothing to make up for it . Not a free stay or a free meal worst stay ever. Won't be visiting this hotel again.

This place is nothing more than an hourly motel. Wyndam really should be careful about establishments they allow to carry their name. this hotel is nothing more than an hourly motels for people to hook up. the rate I paid for this room is ridiculous and i was told by the clerk, before i ever step foot in the room the booking was non refundable. shady people in the parking lot, I was told their was no internet. I didn't see any type of security, people hanging out in their cars. just a overall bad place. terrible hard towels, and 1 small bar of soap.

Thinking this hotel will be as the holiday In. Never thought it was going to be the worst hotel we stayed Room smells humid everywhere, restroom was dirty , even the corner of the restroom you can see literally the hair from other people, we couldn’t even sleep, breakfast coffee was good . Restroom from the lobby was like someone eat a lot and had an explosion at the toilet days ago. Pool was dirty . Check out waiting 15 min for somebody to show up to help a few costumers wanting to check out. Overall I guess you don’t want to expend some extra bucks you can stay on this type of hotels . Sorry but not sorry, but you will find better hotels same price better in everything. Lesson learned for us.

The location was great for the destination of a baseball tournament we attended. But I was supposed to have a handicap room due to knee surgery, but the bathroom had no handrails and did not have a nonslip shower we used a towel as a mat in the shower to keep from slipping. The toilet was more for a toddler than an adult. The beds were supposed to be queen but they were full size instead. Not happy at all.

The property, overall, was nice and clean. The lobby and main office area was inviting and welcoming. Our room could have used a bit of TLC in a few places (room maintenance), but our room was clean and ready for us. The front desk lady was excellent, as she was friendly and welcoming.
