Whether it's a quick weekend getaway, or an extended work stay, this home provides all you need to make your stay most enjoyable. The primary bedroom has a king bed, two closets -one with drawer space, a lighted mirror on the vanity, and built-in chargers in the lamps. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet with drawer space, a cozy desk with a lighted makeup mirror, and built in charging plugs on the lamps. The third bedroom has a twin over queen bunkbed with lights over each bed, outlets and charging plugs next to the bedsides, a dresser and fun wall hooks for hanging clothes. All bedrooms have smart tvs with access to YouTube tv , charging ports for your electronics, and white noise machines with blue tooth capability to help you unwind.
In the living room there is a smart tv with YouTube tv, a DVD player with a few “classics” and multiple board games.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and most commonly used cookware, serve ware and dinnerware for 6. A popcorn maker for those late night movies, and a waffle maker for those early morning breakfasts will make you feel right at home. A Keurig Duo Plus, Nespresso Pixie and French Press will have your coffee and espresso needs covered. We offer three k cup varieties of local Texas flavors, plus a My K-cup reusable filter, both decaf and regular Nespresso espresso pods, and Fresh Roasted Breakfast Blend coffee to get your day started. Plain cream, French Vanilla cream, sugar, Sugar in the Raw, Sweet n Low, Stevia, and honey sweeteners are also provided.
Enjoy that morning coffee relaxing on the deck, or lounging in the hammock in the tree covered backyard. You can also grill lunch or dinner on the Weber gas grill while playing cornhole or giant Jenga with family and friends. The Hideaway Grill and Bar is located directly behind us. If you decide cooking dinner is not conducive to your relaxation, a short stroll through the parking lot and you will have food, drinks and a few playscapes for the kiddos to enjoy. The Hideaway often provides live music or a dj that can be heard on our deck, so there is no need for a Bluetooth speaker to convert the deck to a private dance floor!
Downtown and all it has to offer is just two walkable blocks away. Historic Gruene and Gruene Hall are a quick 10 minute drive. You will also be approximately one hour to Austin and 30 minutes to San Antonio via the easy access to I-35.

*A signed rental agreement and valid government-issued id will be required to be on file 24 hours prior to access code being sent the day before arrival.
*We utilize the Nest doorbell camera to monitor the front driveway entrance and one Nest camera on the driveway side of the house to monitor the rear gate entrance/exit.
*You may park behind the gate in the driveway.
*No local residents will be permitted to rent during Wurstfest
