Close to everything centrally-located 4bdrm/3bath with river access. Just steps from the iconic Faust Bridge on the Guadalupe River and all the amenities NBTX/Gruene has to offer. River access is less than 100 yards away to enjoy so after you take part in all the water activities, shopping, nightlife and music that NBTX & Gruene offers come home to all brand new top end appliances, beds and a comfy house to rest away the sun and fun.

Birthday Getaway
The property was perfect and suited all our needs. It was so clean. The pictures were on point. The space was perfect for our group! We loved the extra room in the back. The decor was so nice. The large back yard and seating area was great! We will definitely stay there agian.

Fun Family Weekend
We loved this house! It was perfect for our family weekend including five adult kids, plus one spouse and 3 little grandkids and a dog! The hot tub, fire pit, and huge enclosed back yard were exactly what we needed. It was steps to the Faust Bridge with a footpath to river access that was a fun place to float and fish etc. We would all love to return!

Great Summer Trip for teenagers!!!
We really enjoyed the house and the location. Traveling with 8 teenage boys this home was perfect, it offers a garage apartment style room and large backyard! The river was close. The only thing missing at this home when we went was selection of pots and pans, but that can be easily fixed. Loved it!!

Perfect way to kick off summer!
The Faust Haus was an awesome stay for our group of 12! We had a blast at The Float In (recommended by the host.) Also, loved the fact that river access AND Schlitterbahn was so close. The river area had different depths perfect for all ages. Our youngest person was 3 and had a blast swimming in the shallow area. The teens/young adults enjoyed the deeper parts, "tube chute", and faster currents. Plus everyone was able to hangout sitting in the river with chairs/floats! This home was prime location for anything and everything! We will defiantly be back!!
