“The first room we stayed in was very dirty and had a dead cockroach and was noisy. So we asked to change. The second room was a little better, but still, I believe that the entire hotel is a little old and so everything gets moldy no matter how much they clean it. The outdoor area is nice, with a sauna, pool, jacuzzi, etc. The staff are friendly. Good location, close of restaurants/groceries and the beach. We didn't eat at the hotel and there is no room service. The rooms need……

He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”

“Property is in an amazing position off the coast from Noumea. Environment is ideal. Food at the resort is what lets the stay down - it is quite expensive and would benefit from a refresh”
