“This is a beautiful condo located right on the Roaring Fork River. The view of the sunset over the mountains is stunning. We had a comfortable stay with cozy beds, a fully functional kitchen, a dining table that we used for meals and board games, and we enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace. There are good restaurant options around Carbondale and Aspen and Snowmass are an easy drive away. ”

“I came here with my 87-year-old mother. Safe, easy access, elevator, one bathroom had a walk-in shower, full kitchen, etc. Both were easy to navigate with ADA needs. Very clean and comfortable. Great location (next to Iron Mountain Spa if desired). There were not many complaints except no Kleenex, the freezer must have been left open at some point so it needs to be defrosted, shower soap was out in one bathroom, and shampoo was almost gone in the other. These are small easy fixes and should be……

“We enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Convenient access to the beautiful coolness of Redstone and Crystal River Valley / Marble. Motel / hotel style room arrangements but apparently variably sized rooms. Some seating on deck/balcony/walkway (shared) area. Ours had a small kitchenette (best to eat elsewhere). Shared seating by Crystal River, if you choose that. Affordable and in the right place! ”
