“We had to travel with our small dog so this was the perfect solution. We are first time vacation home renters and were very happy with the experience. The property was in a quiet neighborhood and allowed us to cook and keep our pet with us as we traveled around Tyler. The property was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals. It was like being at home! We were super pleased and would definitely stay here again.”

“Very nice atmosphere!! My husband said he’d like to come back to this place! That’s saying a LOT!! Beds very comfy. Very clean and taken care of. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to us. ”

“I cannot say enough about this property. Our stay was VERY restful. Both of the bedrooms beds were so comfortable and the decor set such a serene atmosphere that was so restful! The location is great: close to supermarkets, but secluded and away from day to day noise. “This was a one night stay on our road trip and we were delighted with the accommodations. This cottage is tucked away from the city of Tyler on a little property with chickens, roosters, sheep, and a friendly dog. We enjoyed the sounds of the animals as we walked our little dog in the entry road. The cottage is neat as a pin and well stocked with everything you might need. The bed and living space were comfortable and the bathroom has a clawfoot tub/shower. We could not have been any more……

“This is a great house with awesome space for a large group. 4 bedrooms/3 baths were awesome with everyone having enough space to get ready for a wedding and to sit around the dining table playing games. Was easy to get to everything on the itinerary in 15-20 minutes. The hosts checked in on us and were very communicative. Used door dash twice and both dashers were super friendly as welll.”

“We thought it was a cute property and fit our needs pretty well. Only suggestion would be to add a slip guard or alternative for the bathtubs as they were quite slick. ”

The house was beautiful and well decorated and we slept well in the comfy beds.Everyone enjoyed the fishing and the huge family restaurant across the pond. “Perfect set up. The bunk rooms are in the attached “boathouse”. Boys loved having “their own house”. Fire pit is on a cement patio, which was very nice. Gas grill was great. Huge back porch, two docks to fish and overall very nice house in a great neighborhood only 5 min from the grocery store. Loft stairs are steep so watch your step. Huge grassy area to play and very friendly people in the community. ”

“We were in town for a funeral so this was a great place to gather family and be able to spend time together. The beds were so incredibly comfortable when we retired for the evening. During the rest of the time, the living area is all about togetherness! We appreciated the ability to all be able to sit around the dinner table and reminisce and celebrate our loved one’s life! We also loved the backyard and appreciated the beautiful view from the pool and hot tub.”
