Nice, rocky shoreline is accessible by foot and fun to explore, but not ideal for swimming or launching kayak -- no worries, a couple very good kayaking locations just up the road. We had an outstanding visit and wished we'd had another day or two to enjoy the area.”

“While convenient to downtown, we were disappointed to arrive to an unclean property. There were muddy tracks inside, dead bugs on the floor, and cobwebs on all the downstairs furniture, in addition to WiFi that did not work. I texted and called the owner contact as well as the management company, but did not get any responses.”

“My husband and I wanted to enjoy a quick, quiet, and private weekend getaway, the cottage definitely did not disappoint. The property is secluded, the wildlife are abundant, and the bed was super cozy. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy a quiet lake trip. The owners left snacks, checkin was easy and outside lights were left on for our after dark arrival!”

“The area is beautiful and mostly quiet. The staff at the resort were all nice. Beautiful view of the lake from a nice sized deck. There are no steps but a ramp, which was nice as well. The cons: The place was clean-ish. The ceiling fan was so full of dust and cobwebs, we couldn’t turn it on to circulate the A/C. There were cobwebs in some corners of the entire place. We had to wash the supplied utensils before we used them as there was grease and crusted food on them 👎🏼👎🏼 The bathroom is……
