“This cabin was awesome and filled with unique treasures from the owner's world travels. The view was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. They even had hummingbird nectar and we filled the feeder and were able to see the hummingbirds a lot during our stay. We went fishing in the nearby Sand Run Lake and caught some bass. This was a great location since it was close to Canaan Valley……

“This property has a number of excellent features: 1) dock quality - since we brought our fishing boat we were very glad to see how nice the dock was - it even had night lights making late boat returns easy; 2) house proximity to the shoreline - this house is a gently sloped short distance from the house to the dock - a feature not common among many houses at Deep Creek; 3) location on the lake - this is on the south side of the lake with a LOT less boat traffic than the north end AND you get a……

“The tiny house was 100% as advertised. It was clean, the host was very responsive, and the location was perfect. This is an ideal weekend getaway house for a couple or small family. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Deep Creek!”

“The property is very nice. It's apparent a lot of upgrades have been made and more to come. Heck, there's even tissues throughout the house which you don't find many places. The only pick I have is that steps leading down to the house were barely cleared of snow/ice and very difficult and dangerous to negotiate with suitcases. I shoveled them myself the next day.”

“This was my first time staying with VRBO. It was a million dollar view. There were just a few minor things that were mentioned before on other reviews that were not taken care of such as the hole in the master bedroom door, the smell of sewage in the kitchen the garbage disposal area, and also the stairs down to the dock area didn't seem too stable. I would have liked to have seen the fountain on but I do realize it's earlier in the year. The owners may want to change the curtains because not……
