“This clean and comfortable Bayville home is the ideal ‘home away from home’. The layout of the house makes it feel quite roomy and the neighborhood is less than a 30 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Patricia is a lovely and communicative host who prides herself on making your stay as perfect as she can.”

“The house needs a lot of work. Smells really musty, parts of backyard fence were down so couldn’t let dog out alone. There was no grill (listed in amenities) in backyard but there was an old toilet on its side and a can of spray foam with the foam leaking out. Lots of patches and thing’s attached using duck tape.”

“Zack, the owner was helpful and responsive. The house is lovely, clean and they have little details everywhere to make the stay more comfortable and feel like home.The pool is well cared for and pristine. The coffee bar was a plus and they have plenty of towels. I get cold a lot so I had to pick up a couple of extra blankets but everyone else in my family was okay. I was able to work and relax. It was a very peaceful stay in a lovely setting. We would definitely return. ”
