“Its a small but comfy house. Clean and well kept. It had what we needed. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you need but bring all spices, sugars and condiments. The best part is you walk out the back door and 20 feet away is the beach. Easy to get to, no stones, all sand. We didn't swim that wasn't on our list to do but we did enjoy campfires and sunsets right on the beach. We saw eagles and pelicans and we enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the beach. “Communication with the host was great from the start! Everything pictured is accurate. The pictures did not do the view justice. Location was perfect to enjoy Greenbay! For prospective families: Bring binoculars to enjoy the wildlife and bay from the back porch! The park is right across the street! Yard is perfect for whatever yard games you can bring! Bring a basketball because you can see the basketball court from the front porch. ”

We spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard enjoying the views, playing ladder ball, playing on the beach, and kayaking. In the evenings, we gathered as a family in the living room to watch movies together. The property is very conducive to spending time together. Nick was easy to communicate with and was very welcoming. The location was perfect for us-not in the middle of a busy tourist town……
