A well-tended lawn surrounds the house, with annual and perennial gardens in bloom during the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons adding to the charm. Although located close to the water, our cottage is on higher ground than many of our neighbors and survived the flood and storms of January in fine shape.
You are about a mile away from the jewel of the Midcoast, the Pemaquid Beach, with its wonderful white sands. A short drive will also bring you to Pemaquid Point and its historic lighthouse, famous Shaw’s Lobster Wharf, Contended Sole, or the Pemaquid Seafood for the freshest possible Maine Seafood. Nearby Damariscotta has everything you want: farmers' markets, shops, galleries, and a variety of restaurants.

Please note all rentals will be weekly from mSaturday to Saturday. The cottage and gardens are cleaned and prepared for your stay by professionals who care for your experience. As a result, all stays more than one week will require weekly cleanings of $200. That'll keep the cottage clean for you and make it possible for the cleaners to thoroughly prepare for the next guest in the short window between check out and check in.
