The person was terrible and the VRBO service was terrible. VRBO didn’t have a mechanism that if the host does not send information to the renterthat they contact the renter. Then, if the problem doesn’t get sorted out instead of taking responsibility, they perform at the lowest professional level possible and not solving the problem. Reflects very very poorly on VRBO as a business and the people who work there.
