This hotel is horrible. It’s dirty, old industrial toilet fixtures I’d expect so see in a bus station, broken sink, fixtures painted over, curtains were falling off or didn’t work, linoleum flooring had gaps at the seems, ‘breakfast’ is what I would expect at a cheap motel in the red district. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this property.

I was expecting this to be a terrible experience and it was not as bad as I thought it would be. The hotel is run down and the elevator does not work. The staff is either surly or completely apathetic. I heard lots of people complain to them about their rooms or the non-working elevators and they could care less! But our room was ok, decent size. And we just took the stairs. It is very close to I-95 so some rooms are probably pretty noisy. The restaurant next door is great. Pretty easy access to Yale and downtown New Haven. I would not pick this if I weren’t desperate however!

We checked 818 in with one elevator and no tv or phone in room. Then pulled back cover and there was black hair on sheets. Floors were sticky and bathroom sink faucet broken and at 2am leaking ceiling. Room change to 616 with updated fresh patch work no remote for tv and a loose faucet. The breakfast was sub par and very lacking. Probably from homeless or long term squatters. Very disappointing in the property however the staff was sweet kind and very understanding of why. Not worth the cost not worth losing your sleep over. Go elsewhere. To the owners...please gut and start agsin.

I was pleased with my stay here, especially for the price. It was quiet, the breakfast was good- more options than a continental. The staff was quite friendly & helpful. The bed was comfortable though the rooms could use some touching up, i.e. paint, older furniture. It was nice to be able to walk to the wharf and eat at the row of Latin American food trucks.

Las habitaciones no fueron constantes limpiándolas. No orientaron correctamente al momento de indicar que el papel del parking lo tienen que tener todo el tiempo puesto porque sino le llevan los vehículos. Es un negocio que tienen las personas de grúas con el hotel y sin notificar o preguntar se los llevan sin haber orientado adecuadamente. El personal del recibidor siempre tenía una mala actitud. Los baños no estaban 100%limpios.

Grimy!!!Our 1st night was a delight from the car blaring its music until 1:30am to the constant road noise from 95.To the mold in the bathroom to the soiled ceiling tiles, to the floor that hasn't seen a mop for years.To Curtains falling apart to Wall paper detaching from the wall.Towels and sheets were unusually clean. I wish there was the options to attach pics but there isn't. There isn't even an option for negative stars.Would have left but it was non-refundable. Don't stay here if you want a restful sleep or just bring flip flops!

Checked in and went to room turn on TV no cable let them know wait at three hours then back down told them again waited another 2 1/2 hours went down and told them again. They can’t put me in another room they said and I had to talk to manager so here I am 5 1/2 hours with absolutely nothing to do And I had to go to them three times

Its not bad. My room wasn't dirty. The staff were fine. The location is great for any traveler. And the price was right!. I could walk to premium restaurants. I could view the long Island sound. Dunkin and a dispensary across the lot. I'll be back!
